Here at Outdoors on Parade we are busy putting together a
fabulous line up of chefs for our 2012 classes.
In fact we have just contacted Nigel Rich, (a regular each year as part of the dynamic d'Arry's duo) now head chef at Elbow Room to ask him to PLEASE grace us with his presence at an oop class this year.
We are thrilled to have Peter Reschke from d'Arrys coming on Tuesday 9th of October.
And we are told you guys love to read recipes from our classes, so here is Mark McNamara's (Appellation, Barossa Valley fame) EASY Baked Ricotta Cake:
750g ricotta
75g caster sugar
6 eggs
30 g cornflour
150g sultanas
1lemon (zest only)
Method: (how easy is this?)
Mix ricotta, sugar, eggs and cornflour well.
Stir in sultanas and zest and bake until set in a cool- moderate oven.
