Our Sunny summer is just around the corner..

It's that time of the year again! The Outdoors on Parade girls have been busy little bees these last couple of weeks with a lot of our new summer stock arriving and quickly filling up the shop. Among the goodies we have already received were those from SunnyLife, one of our most favourite suppliers, who have introduced some truly fabulous pieces for summer into their 2009/10 range.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Sunny's fantastic gear, beware! Once you spy the trinkets we have to show you, you'll be wishing away these last few weeks of drizzly weather and be busting for a hot day where you can whip out your Sunny beach accessories and homewares.

This year's range features summery prints including bold stripes, geometric patterns, and block colour in a combination of bright colours such as red, pink, blue, yellow, black, and white. This summer, Sunny's popular beach accessories including beach towels, seats, and games, will once again be available as well as some stunning new homewares including table linen and outdoor melamine products.

With so much new stock, it's difficult for us to show you online.. so be sure to pop in and have a look. In the meantime, here are a few sneaky photos to show you why we think so highly of the SunnyLife range and just how fantastic it is.

Farmyard fun...

On Sunday we were treated to a mouthwatering feast in the countryside. Within the rustic stone walls of an old barn dotted with hay bales, a reflectory teak table topped with a crisp white tablecloth, hot pink placemats, and patterned Italian tableware stretched ahead of a gorgeous pink, red, and white Marimekko canvas.
Following the delicious lunch, we channelled our inner Jill-a-roo's and marched toward the muddy cattle yards where we were determined to put our patterned gumboots to good use.

The stunning mid-winter weather also provided a fantastic opportunity for us to brainstorm and play around with ideas for our upcoming catalogue.. keep your eyes peeled for photos from our adventures on the farm that might feature!

Bride to be...

Although it may be cold and raining outside, we can't help but get excited about Spring and the upcoming wedding season! While a beautiful gown may be on the top of any blushing bride's checklist, no wedding is complete without an Outdoors on Parade Bridal and Gift Registry.

Our personal approach to the gift registry service ensures that we spend time with the bride and groom when setting up their registry and selecting their gifts, and the same philosophy applies to your guests.
